BOFA began with a simple mission: providing safe, affordable drinking water to communities through BOFA Splash Waters.
As we grew, we witnessed two interconnected challenges affecting communities across Africa:
• Increasing plastic waste pollution threatening ecosystems and public health.
• Heavy dependence on imported emergency preparedness and healthcare products.
We recognized an opportunity to address both challenges simultaneously.
Today, BOFA is evolving into a pioneering African enterprise that transforms plastic waste into locally manufactured health security products, emergency preparedness solutions, infection prevention equipment, and sustainable healthcare systems.
By combining circular economy principles, local manufacturing, and public health innovation, BOFA is helping build a healthier, cleaner, and more resilient Africa.

Public health specialist with over 15 years of experience in humanitarian response, emergency preparedness, health security, monitoring & evaluation, resource mobilization, and program management across Africa.
His experience with international organizations, including WHO and other global partners, has shaped BOFA’s vision of creating sustainable African solutions for African challenges.
